This may include your name, email address, optional phone number, the audience or role you select (for example, parent or caregiver, educator, or professional), your area of interest, your preferred language, and any message you send us. This website does not request or knowingly collect medical, clinical, or health information.

Technical information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as your IP address, the time of your visit and the page requested) to operate and secure the site. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics also processes technical information about your visit — the pages you view, how you arrived, the type of device and browser you use, your screen size and language, and an approximate location (country, region or city) that Google derives from your IP address. Interest and inquiry information is used only to communicate with you about Brilliant Minds. When you submit a form, your entries are emailed to Brilliant Minds, and a copy is stored in this website’s database so that we can follow up and honor your requests. We take reasonable measures to keep this information secure and limit access to it. We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to keep you informed about Brilliant Minds, or until you ask us to delete them. Because the organization is still in development, our systems and providers may change before launch, and this policy will be updated to reflect how information is handled once services begin.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is handled by service providers that process it on our behalf solely to operate this website: our web hosting provider (Hostinger), our email service provider, Google (Google Analytics 4, connected through the Site Kit by Google plugin — only if you allow analytics cookies), and the website administrator who maintains this site for us. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.

If you join the Interest List, you may receive occasional updates about Brilliant Minds. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us, and we will stop sending you updates.

This website and its forms are intended to be used by adults — parents, caregivers, educators, and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through this site. Please do not submit a child's health or personal information through these forms.

How consent works. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you allow analytics cookies. Nothing optional is used until you choose. You can accept, reject, or manage preferences, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops and the analytics cookies are removed from your browser. Your choice is stored in the consent cookies listed below.

Google Analytics 4 and Site Kit by Google. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), connected through the Site Kit by Google plugin, to understand which pages are visited and whether the forms are used. GA4 records page views, scrolling and time on page, and a “contact” event when a form is sent. The form event records only which form was sent — it does not include your name, email address, phone number, or message. Google uses your IP address to estimate an approximate location and, according to Google, does not log or store IP addresses in Google Analytics 4. We have not connected Google Ads or AdSense to this website and do not use remarketing or advertising personalization; the advertising signals sent to Google remain “denied” even when you accept analytics. Google retains analytics data for the period set in our Google Analytics account, after which it is deleted or aggregated. Before you choose, or if you reject analytics. The Google tag is loaded in “consent mode” with analytics denied. In that state it sets no analytics cookies and stores no identifiers on your device; it may send cookieless signals to Google that indicate your consent state, which Google uses only for aggregated reporting. Rejecting analytics does not affect any function of the website.
